Pricing should be easy to understand, so here it is in one line: both plans include everything Answr does and start with one free month, no credit card needed. The only difference between them is how many replies Answr sends to your customers.
The price
Basic - $79 per month for up to 1,000 replies a month, or Unlimited - $159 per month for busy businesses, under our Fair Use Policy. Both exclude applicable taxes. These are the international list prices.
Both plans start with one free month, and the free month doesn't need a credit card.
What both plans include
Basic and Unlimited include the same capabilities:
- Replies to customers on your WhatsApp Business number, from what Answr knows about your business.
- Follow-ups, meeting bookings and actions in the apps you connect, by your rules.
- Your own chat with Answr, to ask for things, get reminders and see what's still open.
- Teaching, updating and removing business knowledge in plain language.
- Testing Answr in your own chat before customer replies are turned on.
- The official Meta connection for your WhatsApp Business number.
- Topics you keep for yourself, and handoff to you when a question needs you.
- Pause, resume and stepping into any conversation whenever you want.
What stays under your control
The plan doesn't take decisions away from you. You decide when Answr starts answering customers, which topics stay with you, and when it pauses. You can step into any conversation yourself, and you can review, correct or remove anything it has learned about your business.
How starting works
- Sign up. No credit card needed for the free month.
- Tell Answr about your business. In a short WhatsApp chat, in your own words.
- Connect WhatsApp Business. Approve a secure Meta link for your number - the free Business app or the Business Platform. Customer replies stay off.
- Test it in your own chat. Ask it the questions your customers ask and see how it would answer.
- Turn on customer replies. Only when you're happy with its answers.
Billing in short
- Both plans are billed monthly.
- The prices above are the international list prices and exclude applicable taxes.
- The first month is free, and it doesn't need a credit card.
- Unlimited is covered by our Fair Use Policy, which sets out the monthly limits for each plan.
- WhatsApp messaging charges from Meta are separate from your Answr subscription and are billed by Meta to the WhatsApp Business account you connect.

Regional pricing
Answr has separate regional list prices. Internationally, Basic is $79 per month and Unlimited is $159 per month (both excluding applicable taxes). In Israel the list prices are 299 ₪ and 499 ₪ per month. These are independent regional prices, not a currency conversion of each other. See the Hebrew pricing page for the Israeli prices.

Connecting your number doesn't make Answr answer customers. You test it in your own chat first, and turn on customer replies only when you're ready.
Pricing questions
How much does Answr cost?
There are two international plans: Basic at $79 per month for up to 1,000 replies, and Unlimited at $159 per month under our Fair Use Policy. Both exclude applicable taxes, and both start with one free month - no credit card needed.
What's the difference between Basic and Unlimited?
Only the number of replies. Basic includes up to 1,000 replies a month. Unlimited is for busy businesses and is covered by our Fair Use Policy; the exact monthly limits are on our Usage limits page. Everything else is the same on both plans.
What counts as a reply?
A reply is a message Answr sends to a customer, including messages it sends for you when you ask. Messages your customers send you, messages you type yourself and your own chat with Answr don't count. Full details are on our Usage limits page.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free month doesn't need a credit card.
Can I test Answr before it answers customers?
Yes. After you connect your WhatsApp Business number, customer replies stay off. You test Answr in your own chat with it, and turn on customer replies only when you're happy with its answers.
Are taxes included in the price?
No. The $79 and $159 international prices exclude applicable taxes.
Are WhatsApp's own message charges included?
No. Meta, which runs WhatsApp, charges separately for some WhatsApp messages and bills the WhatsApp Business account you connect, according to Meta's pricing for that account. These charges aren't part of your Answr price, and they don't change your Answr reply allowance.
Is the Israeli price a conversion of the dollar price?
No. The Israeli prices of 299 ₪ and 499 ₪ per month and the international prices of $79 and $159 per month are separate regional list prices, not converted from each other.
