These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Answr (the "Service"), including any websites, applications, software, and messaging experiences we provide.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
1) Who We Are

2) Service Description and Scope
Answr provides tools that assist businesses in drafting and sending responses to inbound customer communications using business information supplied by the business and message context from connected messaging platforms.
The Service operates only on behalf of the business user and only for the purpose of providing the Service.
Answr does not operate independently of the business user and does not control customer communications.
3) AI-Generated Output and Your Responsibility
The Service generates and may automatically send responses to your customers using automated systems ("AI"), based on the business information you provide and the conversation context.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
- You are in control of the assistant: you choose whether to enable it, configure its tone and the topics it must not handle, set when it replies, and can pause it or take over any conversation at any time.
- You are solely responsible for the messages sent through the Service, whether sent automatically or by you, and for reviewing and supervising its behavior.
- Answr does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
4) Your Content and Platform Data
4.1 Customer Content
"Customer Content" includes all data you provide or make available through the Service, including business information and messages exchanged via connected platforms.
You retain ownership of Customer Content.
4.2 Limited License
You grant Answr a limited, non-exclusive license to process Customer Content solely to provide the Service on your behalf.
4.3 Platform Data Use Limitation (Meta Requirement)
Answr explicitly commits that:
- Platform data (including WhatsApp data) is processed only to provide the Service to the relevant business.
- Platform data is not used for independent purposes.
- Platform data is not aggregated across customers.
- Platform data is not sold, shared, or reused for advertising or profiling.
- Platform data is not repurposed outside the scope of the Service.
4.4 Data Protection Roles
For the personal data contained in Customer Content, you are the "controller" (or "owner of the database") and Answr acts as your "processor" under applicable privacy law, including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process that data, for providing the required privacy notices to your customers, and for obtaining any consents the law requires. Answr processes the data only on your instructions and as described in our Privacy Policy. A data processing addendum is available on request at support@answrhq.com.
5) Messaging Platforms and WhatsApp Disclaimer
If you connect the Service to third-party messaging platforms (including the WhatsApp Business Platform), you must comply with all applicable platform terms and policies.
WhatsApp Enforcement Disclaimer
Answr is not responsible for:
- suspension, restriction, or banning of WhatsApp phone numbers,
- enforcement actions taken by Meta or WhatsApp,
- loss of access caused by message content, usage behavior, or policy violations.
Platform enforcement decisions are made independently by Meta and WhatsApp.
Answr reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if your usage threatens platform compliance or Answr's standing as a tech provider.
6) Acceptable Use and Platform Protection
You may not use the Service to:
- send spam or unsolicited messages,
- violate consumer protection, privacy, or messaging laws,
- impersonate individuals or businesses,
- bypass platform safeguards.
Answr actively enforces acceptable use and may suspend accounts to protect platform integrity.
7) Prohibited Data
The Service is not intended to process:
- medical or health data,
- payment card information,
- government identification numbers,
- children's personal data,
- biometric or highly sensitive personal data.
You are responsible for preventing such data from entering the Service.
8) Fees and Refund Policy
Fees are billed in advance.
Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
9) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
ANSWR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10) Limitation of Liability
Answr's total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- fees paid in the three (3) months prior to the claim, or
- USD $100.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Answr LTD for claims arising from:
- your use of the Service,
- your Customer Content,
- your messaging practices,
- platform enforcement actions.
12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel.
